Solar adds to enjoyment in bush Sun's power helps RV industry to thrive, claim AUSTRALIA'S caravanning industry is thriving ... thanks to the sun's rays, it has been claimed. That's the opinion of a Sydney-based company which produces solar power systems specially for caravans. Australia Wide Solar says its systems are used widely in recreational vehicles. "The caravan and motorhome industry is thriving due to the solar power installations," a spokesperson said. "They have certain advantages such as freedom to choose the duration of stay." He said the systems also allowed extended stays in remote areas to be enjoyed by using the power generated through the solar system.
"Powered sites of caravan parks are becoming difficult to book and solar
