Another chapter in 'life's book' Park bosses a step nearer to achieving dream trip TWO caravan parks in Mildura, Victoria, have changed hands. The popular three-and-a-half-star, 60-site River Road Caravan Park in Ranfurly Way has been sold by resident owners Clive and Sheila Watson. New owners Peter and Debbie Everett were reportedly busy settling in. Mr Watson told Caravanning News that he and his wife planned to spend three months visiting family in Melbourne. "We'll have a real Christmas and holiday, buy a rig and head off on our long-planned trip around Oz with dogs in tow!" he said. "It will be another chapter in our life's book and one we have dreamed of for so long." Meanwhile, the go-ahead Aspen Parks has just bought the nearby riverfront BIG4 Golden River Caravan Gardens park in Flora Avenue. Aspen Parks now own 26 properties, scattered across five states.
