'Crystal ball needed to forecast future' No evidence of fewer grey nomads in NT: Minister CARAVAN parks in the Northern Territory have reported fewer visitors as fuel prices continue soaring to record levels. But the Territory's Tourism Minister, Kon Vatskalis, has refused to be drawn on just how much of an impact bowser prices are having on tourism. He claims he has seen no evidence of a drop in caravans on NT roads, saying that without a crystal ball he could not forecast the future, particularly where older tourists with caravans were concerned.
