Another tasty treat for this demanding bovine at the Apple Tree Creek rest area in Queensland Milking the travellers

CHEEKY REST AREA COW HAS SOME HIDE

MOOO-VE out of the way ... here comes another possible feed! Caravanners arriving at Queensland's popular Apple Tree Creek rest area just north of Childers are bemused to find themselves greeted by this somewhat cheeky and vocal cow.  The pushy bovine can be seen at all hours of the day dashing at high speed from one end of the rest area to the other looking for tasty treats from weary travellers pulling off the Bruce Highway. And few can resist feeding her the odd carrot or two and other snacks. One caravanner commented: "It's udder-ly amazing ... she is so tame and demanding. She certainly milks everyone for all the scraps she can get."
