'We're keen to make our mark'

Apollo joins the big
guys in RV hub

Have your say

AUSTRALIAN-owned Apollo Caravan & RV Sales has opened a retail outlet in Campbellfield, Victoria ... regarded as Australia's RV hub.

"We're in with the big guys now and we're keen to make our mark," chief executive Luke Trouchet said.

Established in 1985, Apollo ‒ which specialises in Winnebago, Adria and Talvor brands ‒ already has successful dealerships in Brisbane and Sydney.

It is also one of the world's largest privately owned rental vehicle operators, with branches across Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada.

The Campbellfield venture is seen as a natural progression for the RV hire giants.

This expansion aims to complement its current network by providing a national presence and accessibility to world-class RV brands.

It will provide customers with the opportunity to view a wide range of new and used motorhomes, campervans, and caravans from three prominent locations.

Mr Trouchet said the group was "excited" to expand its retail division after its success in Brisbane and Sydney.

Campbellfield was right in the heart of the caravan and RV market with over 80 percent of Australian manufacturing taking place there.

"Naturally we wanted to be right in the mix," he said.

Apollo Caravan & RV Sales boasted dedicated sales teams in each of their locations, Mr Trouchet explained.

Each had a wealth of product knowledge and passion for the brands, their customers and the RV industry as a whole.
