Changes deliver fresh, fun approach Playing around with logo gives award-winning park new image
THERE are changes afoot at the 135-acre award-winning Adelaide Shores tourism and recreation complex in South Australia. Market research and strategic reviews last year suggested modernising its logo, and the resulting design now highlights Adelaide Shores as a destination where anyone can "stay and play". The new logo still retains some historical brand elements ... sea bird imagery and the colour blue. "We believe this new logo brings a fresh, fun approach that reflects our brand values," a spokesperson said. Other changes involve accommodation properties. Adelaide Shores Holiday Village, which offers self-contained accommodation, will now be known as Adelaide Shores Resort. "This will help explain the type of accommodation available, and tie in with the golf facilities across the road and the resort's development plans which include fantastic new swimming pool facilities," the spokesperson explained. Meanwhile, Adelaide Shores Caravan Resort becomes Adelaide Shores Caravan Park. "When we talk to our customers, they have always described us as a caravan park, so we think it makes sense to make a minor name change," the spokesperson added.
