THE importer of a popular brand of European-built caravans has had a
busy month appointing new service centres and sales outlet.
Sole importers of Adria caravans R.V. Asia Pacific has opened a new retail
facility at Southport on the Gold Coast and two new service centres to
further support owners in south-east Queensland.
General manager Chris Swann said he saw the need for a sales centre
dedicated to the Adria brand and where the full line-up of its caravans
could be well displayed.
"Primarily due to customer demand and feedback, we decided to establish
the facility at Southport to provide good customer sales support," he
explained.
He had "assembled the best to provide the best" and was pleased to
announce the appointment of Leo Foster as sales manager.
Mr Foster was previously with Euro-RV and has been involved with the sale
and support of Adria caravans since they were introduced to the Australian
market six years ago.
He brings a wealth of Adria caravan expertise to the position.
National shows specialist Greg Wetkin joined Adria on a consultancy basis
a year ago and in addition to handling the show circuit will also provide
sales support at the new Adria Gold Coast facility.
"Adria has experienced increased sales over the past 12 months and looks
forward to even greater sales in the year ahead as both new and updated
models designed specifically for the Australian market are released," Mr
Swann said.
Meanwhile, Adria announced two new service centres.
The Caravan Repair Company at Burleigh Gardens on the Gold Coast will deal
with all warranty requirements, caravan servicing, repairs and
installation of accessories as required.

In Brisbane, Arrow Caravans at Virginia will also provide full warranty
requirements along with service, repairs and installation of accessories.
